- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We requested a simple Doctor referral for a patient who needed hearing aids. It can be a common practice for insurance company to request a script before a benefit is paid on a claim. The patient made an appointment to see the doctor and requested the needed referral. However Doctor Sandidge still refused to provide the patient a referral for the hearing exam. The office personnel, Donna, literally hung up on me. This patient is now forced to see another Doctor and pay for a visit to get a simple referral for a hearing test by a licensed specialist. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Responsive and detailed in providing evidence-based care/practice. Caring and listens to concerns before advising. On routine annual lab screening several years ago, learned I was in early stages of kidney failure. He did full review of my current meds and made changes.
