- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪From visit one the experience was one of not caring, the receptionist was very unwelcoming/cold, almost rude and not just one visit- every visit. Even when calling to make appointments there was never a sense of care or appreciation, I was received with a shortness as thought I was lucky to be going there. Why did I continue to return several times you ask? My son and I loved our hygienist, she was kind, caring and thoughtful (she actually was the only one in the building whom made you feel they were thankful for the business).... I have a choice on who will "rob my insurance company" for services rendered and I choose to give that business to a practice that provides top level care and concern for their clientsAugust 06, 2017by Kristy Wright
